Do you offer shipping or delivery?

Shipping is available on select items for the cost of postage. Items that are available for shipping at this time are keychains, earrings, portraits and ornaments. Pickup is available for all items.

Do custom designs cost more?

There is no additional cost for custom designs! Send a photo of your design or share an idea and we will design it for you. A preview of the design will be sent for approval before it is made.

Are your mugs dishwasher safe?

Yes! All of our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

Washing Instructions:
-Dishwasher safe- top rack only
-Avoid scrubbing pads, heavily dyed detergents, and steel wool

How do I wash custom clothing?

Washing Instructions:

-Machine wash cold- turn inside out
-No dryer
-Do not dry clean
-Do not bleach
-Do not iron on design
-Wait 24 hours before washing
